I’m Ellen, a Senior Prop Modeller based near London. I am highly experienced in working with the large variety of materials and techniques to the highest standards required by prestigious productions. I also enjoy team management, nurturing talent and interdepartmental liaison.

I am currently working on an upcoming film for DC Studios, having recently completed Greta Gerwig’s Narnia: The Magician's Nephew for Netflix, Avengers: Doomsday for Marvel, The Running Man for Paramount Pictures, Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery for Lionsgate.

In 2023 worked on Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire for Columbia Pictures where I produced a new set of ghost traps and developed the new wrist blaster, along with a number of other hero props. I was also on stand-by during shoots to assist the cast with the various equipment.

Previously I have been a modeller on Venom: The Last Dance, Mickey 17, Fast X, Kraven the Hunter, and the series Loki, among others.

I trained in Technical Theatre and Stage Management specialising in Prop Making at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and have a First Class Honours degree in Drama and Theatre Studies from Royal Holloway, University of London. I went on to be a propmaker at Glyndebourne Opera for six years, and have also created pieces for many other entities including The National Theatre and the BBC. I had previously worked as a professional illustrator, bespoke picture framer and an actor in both professional and amateur theatre.
